Store your products in a cool, dry place, away from extreme heat, direct sunlight, and refrigeration.

Unopened cleansers, creams, and serums typically have a shelf life of 9 months. For optimal results, we suggest using these products within 3 months after opening provided they are stored in cool, dry place.

If you are pregnant, it’s important to consult your physician about your skincare products and routines. Generally, it’s advisable for expectant mothers to avoid vitamin A, essential oils, caffeine, treatments that stimulate metabolism, and products that increase skin sensitivity to light. All our products contain Essential Oils as aromaceuticals.

While we formulate our products to be as gentle as possible while still being effective, we recommend consulting with your physician before using our products, if you have any sensitivities. While all our products are natural and herbal, it’s important to note that sensitivity can occur with any natural ingredient.

Orders are processed and shipped on business days (Monday – Friday, excluding major holidays). For orders in Pakistan, allow 1-2 business days for processing and confirmation through what’s app,  call or e-mail and 2-5 business days for delivery unless and until there are some valid reasons and justifications thereof.
